Key Issues

Our foundation works with legislators to help provide meaningful policy progress in the ares of environmental stewardship, antitrust law, and international relations.

These issues fall at the crossroads of the efforts and legacy of President Theodore Roosevelt and the most pressing issues of our modern world. The works of President Roosevelt can guide us to create a more integriful republic for our children and their children to inherit with a clean environment, healthy commerce, and powerful alliances.

Environmental Stewardship

Our natural resources are not a partisan issue. As the future appears uncertain, we can turn to the Rooseveltian legacy of conservation to guide a balanced and bipartisan path to our resources and domestic needs.

Antitrust Law

The market is intended to be free and fair. Antitrust has kept the competition in our economy throughout our history and it is time that it does it again. The judicial and legislative branches need to expand the meaning of anti-trust legislation to protect the American consumer.

International Relations

The international order and America’s place in it are shifting. The United States is poised to be the leader of global democracy. It is in our country’s best interest to take steps to elevate our republic to the heights of international prestige that Roosevelt championed.
